We are hoping for catering for canopes and mains for our wedding. For canopes, we could have cheese and crackers and a range of dips with other snack such as bread sticks. For mains , we could maybe have either plated or served on platters on each table are great. We would love a tasty wholesome meal that isn’t the typical wedding dish ..eg: fillet with mushroom sauce with a simple salad and fresh bread for those who something extra! We also love Greek food ! Open for discussion but overall just wholesome tasty food that isn’t overboard/too fancy.
We have a small budget, it is going to be a small home wedding. We are looking for someone who is also going to assist us with contacts for flowers as well. We are planning a proper garden wedding at home, we already have most of everything sorted including the dress, rings and have an arch for the garden as well. We do not have a specific cuisine in mind yet and are open to suggestions.
