Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
we need want to build a car port so we want an architect to show us how and how much will it cost to do so.
Currently 2 bedroom house. Want extend kitchen then it must go into front door. 1 bedroom also to extend. Change Entertainment area, needs to flow into the lounge. Braai area needs to be removed.

I want a nice simple interior for 2 rooms and dinning room.
Below is the idea that I have in mind to have two cottages built. The roof of the shower and bathroom area I would like to have it be see through/clear to give it an outside feel. Plumbing and electricity outlets will be required.
Want to add a outside room and make sitting room better, bigger garage.
