Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
This is for a school. Double storey Ground floor(3 meters height): change rooms with toilets(must be divided in 2 - girls and boys), tuch shop and store room. 30mx16m Its for school. Top floor: Conference centre, small kitchen and ;ladies toilet. Must include a Pavilion build with bricks(30mx6m) plus a Library.
I currently live in a two bedroom two garage home in Heuweloord Ext 3 on a 1 hector land. I wish to remodel and extend the house to a four bedroom double story home. The downstairs should have a kitchen, sitting room and a dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom that should be used as a dual laundry room. The upper floor should have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the main bedroom should have an en-suit and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms should have the Jack and Jill bathroom style. I also need a study and a spacious balcony overlooking the N14 highway.

Hi, Just moved in to our new home and require a few changes. - Remodeling of the kitchen having a island with a gas stove. - Extention of the ensuit main bedroom. By a 2mtr wall extension. - Extension of the seating area incorporating the patio to be part of the living space. - Minimal landscaping -Floor work for two guest bedrooms. - Closing of the garage and adding cupboards for storage.
Convert double garage into flatlet(having a kitchen bathroom 1 bedrooms in the ), convert patio into a living room/conservatory, extend three bedrooms and a study, extend two bathrooms, extend kitchen. I am wanting to convert a garage into two rooms with ensuite bathrooms. We anticipate having to do the following: 1. brick up the garage doors and insert two doors into the side wall of the garage 2. Divide the rooms with dry walking from floor to roof 3. Each bathroom will have a shower, toilet and basin 4. Insert a window into a side wall Note 1 the garage has a thatch roof so dry walking has to go all the way to the apex Note 2 the existing side door will remain although it currently is on the side wall not the back wall as shown in the image.
