Can you please assist with quotes on the following issues. Quotes needed from 3 x Contractors/Handyman's please. - Unit 1 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit. Quote 1.1: Bedroom Light - Light will not turn on. Bedroom Floor/Tiles - Cracked floorboard as well as several soft spots in the floor. Quote 2.1: Bathroom Tap - Once tap is opened it will not shut off. Quote 3.1: Outside Drains - Drain not working. Will not drain as it is higher than the gutter. Filter is not in and cannot be put in. Quote 4.1: Outside Roof - The fascia is rotten under the gutters. Gutters is also broken. - Unit 2 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit Quote 1.2 BATRHROOM: Storage cupboard - Door came off and hinges damaged Bathroom door handle - Broken Quote 2.2 ELECTRICITY: The electricity trips each time I put the geyser on - but only if the kettle or microwave was in use. Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. I believe you have to submit a return for this reason and I have fallen under the threshold of being a pensioner aged 71 this year and didn't know that I must fill in a return .As far as I know don't owe SARS anything finished work on pension and paid up SARS 2years ago and haven't filled in a return since.

Toilet and tap in main bathroom is leaking and the floor is getting very wet. The toilet seat which is a cream colour is cracked and needs to be replaced. The guest bathroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. The 2nd Bedroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. This toilet also has the push flushing pads built into the wall. The full flush is loose and needs to be looked at. The Basins in the main bathroom has the push in plugs silver they are not sealing properly and needs to be replaced. The Taps in the wash rooms does not want to turn close and it is very difficult to close once you have opened it. The double kitchen sinks in the kitchen also need 3 new press plugs which are different to the bathroom one's as they leak slowly once filled with water. We then have a blocked pipe in the front garden on the side of the house which is on our property. Thanking you
