Hi, I am looking for a quote to paint out my house and garage as well as the roof. The house has a brick bottom and the top section of the house needs painting. The roof is a zink roof on both the garage and house. The house is a pitched roof and the garage is a flat roof. Would the colour of the paint make a difference as I would like to paint the house a charcoal colour with white trim (windows)? Look forward to hearing from you. Please note I am not always on my phone but if you leave a message if you cannot get hold of me I will call you back otherwise you can send me a quote via the email address supplied. Thank you '

The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. Apologies for my tone but I'm drive texting I won't have time later to do this. But you can send me the qoutes incase I'm unable to answer when you call as my days are usually extreme. Thanks so much for your time.
