When do I need a building permit in South Africa?
In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
I will like to know, I have a 2-bedroom property in Midrand and I currently am using about R a day on electricity tokens, which I was told is a lot, below is the items that is in the house. My meter box is a Hexinga. I bought the house and that’s the box that was there. I have a gas stove so no power from there is being used, the geyser is on, the TV’s are on but not through out the day and lights, fridge is on, but that’s about it and we 3 in the property and still the usage is high. Is it possible to do a check and what will be the charge

I have a 3 bedroom home, I need to tear down some wall to make a "big one main bedroom". I need to tear some wall to use glass brick to bring in some light. I need to redo my bathroom and pipe line system not good for sewer , possibly outside toilet build + shower, I need to finish off the garage ceiling fell- off. I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. The carpet is said to not have suffered any damage so now we just need a good a proper clean. Please send me a quick email so that we can liaise. We are moving from Wierdapark to Midstream on the 30th of November. We can start moving from early morning and I would like to be out of the old house by 14:00, because then the new people would like to move in. We live in a two bedroom house, including a study. There are an L shape sofa (5 seater) including coffee table, TV cabinet and TV (have original box for TV). The sofa splits so that the two pieces can be transported easily. There is also a 6 seater dinning table with 6 chairs. We have 2 double beds. There is one double fridge and one smaller single fridge. There are 3 small bed side tables. There are two desks in the study that fully disasseble, so they are flat during transport. There is one additional foyer table that needs to be transported. The rest of the house is packed into boxes - there should be about 50 boxes in total.
Hi, I would like to get a quote for clients of mine who bought a property. The property has been vacant for 6 weeks and the garden needs attention. Cutting off grass, removing weeds in grass and on driveway/tiles next to the pool. Trim hedges & general garden maintenance. After the big clean they would potentially like for you guys to come in weekly or every 2nd week? I would also like a quote on that please. The property address is 17 Digteby Estate. We are not too sure the size the area/lawn. It is a sizeable garden area but not bigger than a rugby field. The pers who usually maintains the garden is unable to due to illness so we need somee who can just maintain the garden and lawn area for the time until the pers is able to again. On a n ctractual basis.
