I have heard that there is a new tax law coming into effect with regards to this and we need someone to advise us on what is best. We need a strategy that offers the least amount or no disruption or effects at all for the employees. My suggestion was that we possibly open a South African shell company that invoices the US company but all of the employees work for this South African shell company. I need two quotes - one for normal bookkeeping, payroll, financial reports and another quote on strategies regarding the new tax laws.
