Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

I live in. A well known , quite iconic property, called a Huf Haus. Being predominantly constructed in glass, it begs to be expressed as a modern minimalist aesthetic. The kind of property one would see in the pages of upmarket magazines. I have not been able to achieve this (do not have unlimited funds), but as a work in progress I believe it is possible. Please I have paid alot to the contractor who I paid but did not deliver as per the agreement. I can therefore not afford a brand new installation. I need someone to continue and issue a coc.
