The scope of work is of simple and straightforward nature: 1. Outside tap is leaking between the copper pipe and the sealing nut. 2. Kitchen tap is also leaking, see attached photos for a better view 3. Main bedroom toilet, when you flush it sometimes water runs non-stop sometimes the operation works perfectly.
