Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
We recently bought a home in Lonehill and looking to renovate the home. It is an older home but has many possibilities and we are looking for something different and nice. We are planning a full renovation first and then will proceed with the interior styling. I am French and my English is not the best but I am able to discuss.
I am looking for someone who can design simple plans for small footprint homes ranging from 18 m² to m². I want to use them to get approval at Municipal level. I need my plans to be separated into 4 x phases. Foundation, structural, roofing and electrical/plumbing. They must also have the detailed quantities of materials for each phase. I have the basic designs. I have about 7 designs to start with and will be adding more as I expand.

I am not sure how many windows we will need but just on the front face of the house we already have 8.
2 bed 2.5 bath single story m2 house in modern Cape Dutch style. In the theewaterskloof country estate. m2 flat land aluminum windows and doors. Custom wood and glass front door. High foundation. Poured concrete/cemcrete floors in the house. Hardwood floors installed in bedrooms. No swimming pool, no garages. Gas gysers and stoves.

Sports clubhouse. To have a total floorspace of +/- -m2, approximate 10-12 x 20-25m building area. Reception area (counter), admin/office area for two people, ablution facilities for male and female (with single, private, shower in each) Bar/eating area with space for 5 or 6x four seater tables, including expanded kitchenette, i.e. no restaurant level cooking consideration is required. A covered patio/veranda area (not included in the floorspace above) will also be preferred.
We have a technician who has laid out the flow according to what we want for our home. We have been living here for a long time and have very specific needs. We are 90% there but we require design services to tie into the new build area and we need the plans to be made compliant so that they will be accepted by the City of Cape Town.
We need to remodel our industrial building of about sqm. I live in the North Coast of KZN and this industrial building is in Mafikeng. I will not be having the time to be liaising with municipality etc as I am not in the area. I will need the architect to help with submitting plans as well and the project management aspect.
I have a 3 room house, consisting of 2 bedroom and Dining room and Kitchen in 1 Room , so i want to separate the Dining room and Kitchen , extent a little bit to have the kitchen separate, without the house losing its shape. Please Help. i have attached a picture of the house, the windows you see its the bedrooms and when you enter its the dining and kitchen in 1 wall.
