Heritage House that needs to be repainted the roof , kitchen to be done at commercial level it about 12 sqm , the floors a wooden deck like floors most needs to be repainted and about 20 sqm needs to be replaced. Verandas of about 80 sqm needs stoep resurfacing. Tiling of another sqm indoors including 3 bathrooms . About 45sqm of roof rafters and zincalum to be replaced and painted green.
