I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.
It is a 4 bedroom house. Not all of the rooms need to be waterproofed but the ones that do, need to be waterproofed inside and outside.

10m torch on waterproofing, bitumen, silver coat etc on sloped tiled roof . Alternative waterproofing methods will be considered.
Good morning. We have waterproofing that's gone bad. Need to remove it and put up a new structure. Not too sure about the size of the roof.
