Am building a DIY workshop with a high roof so that I can use some of the space a storage. But I do not want to pour a slab because it's too involving. I'd also like this workshop to as close to sound proof as can be. It will be about 4 x 10-12m, put it's maximum floor size at 48 sq m. However, we shall make it go up quite a bit. For noting. I have neighbours on two sides so most of the light will come from the front; with glass blocks up on either side of the neighbours, to maintain their privacy. The interior will consist of a steel/iron structure that holds the major pieces of equipment in place which at full capacity will weigh about 10-15 tons and staircases are needed to access the equipment.
