I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.
I own a property in Rustenburg, specifically in Waterval East, which I had undertaken to extend. Regrettably, the project encountered significant delays and issues caused by the previous contractor, including errors and omissions. Due to my work commitments in Limpopo, I was compelled to terminate the project prematurely. I am now determined to complete this endeavor by the end of the year and am actively seeking a contractor known for their integrity and expertise. It is with this purpose that I have reached out to you. I would like to inquire if your services extend to Rustenburg. If so, I would appreciate the opportunity to arrange a meeting at your earliest convenience. During this meeting, we can inspect the project site and discuss the feasibility of conducting a thorough takeoff and providing accurate estimates. The property in question is a single-story three-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen, and garage. I have since transformed the garage and a portion of the kitchen into a two-story structure. The core structure is in place, and the primary objectives are to rectify any previous errors and omissions to meet industry standards, as well as to complete final interior and exterior finishes, including landscaping.

Prior to purchase of property. On the ceilings I noticed small water marks, like condensation. I am in the UK and looked on Google earth and noticed that there are two areas which look like water pooling. I need an inspection to advise of issue, can it be repaired or replaced and cost and timeframe
I would like to build residential units of bachelor flats, one bedroom and two bedrooms in Bethanie for the miners and low-to-medium earning workers around there. Total units should be 16 on the property purchased. Units must include basic facility needs such as a toilet/bathroom in each. The least amount of space should be used to construct each unit, with parking and a lapa/play area facility on the premises.
We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.

I have the plans but they still need to be submitted to council. I have recently bought a plot in De Rust, where I would like to build a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Around sqm. I am going to be completely off grid and want someone that can integrate solar electricity and water collection systems into the build. I want a very simple and elegant build, open plan. I have a strict budget to stick to and will be building through means of a building loan through the bank. I am ideally looking for a turn key solution and want to avoid having to sub contract too much of the work. Thank you in advance for your quote.
