40 years ago we built a new office block but using wooden bay windows from an old Parktown mining magnate's house which was being demolished. At the time we restored the wood and repaired all the lead glass windows, however, over the years, the treatment we have been using has obviously not been any good and they are now in desperate need of repair or replacement. Please call me to discuss the problem and give us idea on the practicality of repairing or replacing these windows and possible costs. This involves a bay window frame, 8 windows and 8 fanlights. I would like to close a veranda that leads out of my main bedroom so that it form part of the main bedroom, At this stage its unused area and would like to incorporate it as part of My main Bedroom. We are looking to design our new office building. We are a tech business and wanted something trendy but practical to build. This will be a Ground + 2 building totalling approximately 1, Sq meters of office space. We have a single story building on the premises but will likely demolish this building as it's old and we are not sure of its structual integrity.
I have a degrees sea view on my patio and I do not want to block the ocean views at all. I would therefore like folding windows in the front of the patio and sliding windows on the side. I am not sure exactly how many windows I will need as I am not sure about the sizes of the windows - I would need someone to advise me on that.

External staircase to link main house to the pool area We need design and then plans to submit on about a 90sqmt extension / conversion of existing car-port. It will need plans submitted - as it’s fundamentally changing the use. It will also require placing of a pool that may be across a 7m building line at the front of the house.

With a stage area. Bathroom for both male and female. An entry way which gives privacy from the parking or street. An office. This will be erected in Promosa Potchefstroom.
We are hoping to get a building plan for our small wooden cabin which we plan to live in for a few years while building our home. It is currently 25 square meters but we are happy to up it to 30 or the minimum requirement. Are you able to assist? We bought a house, never knew that the flatlet was not on the building plans. So we looking around for someone just to change the garage to the existing flatlet. So needing prices, we got asked R just to change garage to flatlet. Which I feel is really a rip off. I do understand things cost money but not at that price.
