A lot of loose items in one bedroom (we buy and sell items on regular basis). Home has last been deep cleaned more than 5 years ago. We are a school called Phendukani Full Service High School in the Madadeni Township. We are looking for solar panels to cover us during load shedding. This can occur for 3-4 hours, generally only once during the school day. A previous quote recommended that we'd need an 8.8kw inverter, a 5.1kw lithium battery, and 12 w solar panels. So we are looking for quotes for systems similar to this. We are happy either to rent for 2-3 years or to buy, and would like quotes for both. I need the cleaning for the 1st of December. We bought a new home. It has 2 bathrooms, and two toilets. Four bedrooms, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. There are no carpets or upholstery. There are currently people living there, they are very neat but they have dogs coming in and out of the house and as Muslims we need the house to be properly cleaned before moving our things into the home as it is against our religion to have dogs in the home. needs to use eco products as to not affect the septic system. Ironing cant be done as we do not own a ironing board. as well as washing will be done by hand by owner if someone can just help her wring it out and obviously hang up and take down and fold up.as she has no strength in her hands and machine is not connected.
Carpet cleaning. I am not too sure with regards to the size of the carpet that needs to be cleaned because it is for three different areas and some carpeting in the reception area as well. I am open to arranging an appointment for you to come and take proper measurements. Looking for someone who will be fair and reasonable with pricing.
This is home which we are purchasing. We intend to install solar once the bond is registered (we plan on doing the installation early in January). We do not currently have electricity usage, as this is a bigger home than we are used to. We would like an 8kW inverter, even if solar panels and battery are smaller, to allow us to upgrade if needed without installing a new inverter. A few options, ranging from R -R would be great

Hi there We have just done some renovations and the older part of the house is incredibly dusty. Need an urgent floor, window and all surface clean. Also need curtains cleaned if possible or a recommendation. I am not % certain on the size, but it is a large open plan kitchen dining and living area, two small bedrooms and one bathroom. The whole house must run on Solar System 24/7. However the Solar System must be connected to the Eskom grid and if for some reason the Solar System experiences some immediate failure Eskom to automatically kick in without any disruption. System should be built on a free standing structure, exclusively built for the Solar System panels.
