1. Boundary wall 24m long x 2m high. 2. Wall to be plastered and painted. 3. Motor gate. (Motor is already available). 4. Pedestrian gate. 5. Pavement in front of the gate. 6. Motor gate must be positioned 2m away from the left corner. 7. Remove concrete outside and replace with grass lawn. 8. Remove the plants outside and replace with grass lawn. 9. It's in phases. First phase 1. Faster board replacement 2. Gutter replacement where needed 3.beams to be replaced around the house 4. Removal of old outdoor shower 5. Window replacement 6. Painting the outside of the house and retainer walls. 7. Enclosing entertainment area but no plans submitted yet .

Good day, our house has electrical fencing and access control, however, there are a few alterations / repairs required: - fixing / strengthening of electrical fence at one corner - alterations to pedestrian gate to prevent access to electrical motor and lifting of gate - modification to outside keypad - installation of 3 static panic buttons in the house - installation of burglar bars on several windows and trellidor in bedroom to create safe haven possible extras to be highlighted separately in the quote: - installation of CCTV in front of main gate - installing 2 additional beams in two rooms and moving one outside beam to a new location - renewing and reprogramming access remotes (5) For a final quote a side visit will be required. Indeed firstly a wall around my house and to take out the old fence. Then , secondly I need a small rondaval house with thatch roofing and a newly developed house for the finish off just next to the kids small RDP. My yard is quite huge and would need measurements and plans for the outcome of my idea. We also need a garage to build and it needs to be part of the main house and we need to be able to access it on a rainy day through the main house easily.
