I need two doors to be replaced as the motors were hit by lightning and the insurance says that the motors are obsolete and a new installation needs to be done.

It seems the receiver on the door motor does not react to the remote button that opens or closes the door. The problem is surely with the receiver on the motor as both our remotes do not open or close the specific door. It works perfectly from the fixed open/close controller.
