The house is situated in KwaMashu location. Services required is remodelling and extension of the existing old house with outside building (3 rooms and laundry room). The old existing building is standard 4 room house and I would like to change it to 3 bedroom house with one ensuite, second bathroom, open plan lounge-kitchen and garage for two cars. Proposed design should not be a double storey house. The services I require but not limited to design proposal, municipality approval, building and completing the house (Turnkey project). The estate requires that the design of the house be a South African vernacular farm and country style, but I would like it to have a very modern twist to it. House and garage was attached via adjoining wall which is currently the extended kitchen and dining room. Roof for the above mentioned currently is waterproofed and shutterply. Additions to be done, remove waterproofing and shutterply, remove garage roof which sits approximately 20sqm, deck both roofs with the possibility of additional room above decking.

I want to build a small 34 sqm flatlet consisting of 3 total rooms. I want to use the cheapest building option (vibrecrete / nutec / brick and mortar) and i would like to have the flatlet build all the way up onto the boundary wall. The boundary wall is vibrecrete. I would like to if possible use the existing vibrecrete boundary wall as the new flatlets exterior wall if possible thereby saving costs. I do not know the building regulations and what is possible but we have a very limited space available. Also not sure where the drainage pipe are located but that might be an issue as well. Not sure if the drainage pipes can be rerouted. I need guidance please
