7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen. I will then finally need the entire inside of the house to be painted. I am not sure at all about the total sqm of the house. Would need someone to advise.

We have more than 10 houses in one yard where orphaned children live. Some of the houses are heavuly damaged due to the rocky foundation and some need repairs. The health inspection recommended evacuation of the children. We want to repair the ones not heavuly damaged so the centre cannot be shutdown

And I would prefer the clear glass panel to be replaced with a solid panel to match the finish of the timber, inside and outside. Ideally all to be painted a medium sheen-black on the exterior and a neutral colour paint finish inside. There would need to be provision for a Yale handlock and a knocker/with knob on the exterior. Please suggest a design with raise and fielded panels - I am also open to the idea of a stable door.
I have 2 bedrooms with sprung floors that i want to remove and replace with a tile or similar. I am selling the house and will replace my exisitng carpets ontop od the cement. So quote is to remove oregan floors and reolace qith cement. Bedroom 1 is 4x4 m. Will meet a previous floor. Bedroom 2 is 4x5.5m.will meet bathroom floor
The apartment has been flooded by the apartment upstairs. They left a tap on for an extended time. Well the wooden door has Ribbed like glass and on the side wooden frame where the locks meet. That side glass is broken and needs replacing. It's a plain glass as I think it was broken before. But I would like the matching Ribbed glass as the main door for the side broken door. Do you have that in stock and are you in Somerset west? I'm in CBD near Lion square.
