Good day, Our front and back yard are bricks currently. Front: We want to keep the drive-way and remove the rest of the bricks. On the left side of the front yard we want to do a parking spot of nice big pavers. The between the (2) driveways the left and right side one we wan to do a bit of gras with one nice tree. And a little plants. And some plants under the window in front. A walk way next to the right side drive way that carries all the way along side the house to the back of the garden. We don't want to over garden as this house was brought to fix up and re-sell. But the landscaping really needs a little boost. Back: We are extending the braai room about a meter back and 2 meters longer than it currently is. We want grass around the braai room with a nice wall way. We brough a beautiful rustic old fire pit. Under that we want some nice pavers. We have the chairs that goes with the fire pit as well. And then just a little plants at the back as well for a bit of charm. Please note: We just brought the house so the condition currently is not to great. We want to warm up the landscaping but do not want to over invest as this will be a fixer upper. Currently there are a few banana palms etc which I would like to stay, but the rest requires clearing - some horrible roots (palm tree) and an oliander tree to be removed. The ground needs to be leveled in places. Then I would like the entire garden composted because our soil is very sandy. And then planted up with beds, no lawn, but rather ground cover. Is it possible to give me a quote for the design and labor alone? I can get a good price for the compost and plants as I have always bought them from Boschoff Nursery.

Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select. I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. The carpet is said to not have suffered any damage so now we just need a good a proper clean. Please send me a quick email so that we can liaise. A lot of loose items in one bedroom (we buy and sell items on regular basis). Home has last been deep cleaned more than 5 years ago.
