Hi, I have plants in my garden that have been moved around over the years but I just cannot seem to get it to an appealing appearance. I require a permanent, timeless design & do not mind if I have to uproot ALL my plants to different areas in my garden. My front yard is full sun, no trees & my backyard receives morning sun & partial afternoon shade. I want to move pavers to the backyard & transplant the lawn to the front yard. Our tiles are popping and cracking /breaking from ground shifts and poor quality installations and product used by Baldwin - even the grout is crumbling. I suspect the apartment size of 68m2 includes the balcony which we can't redo due to complex rules, this is perhaps just more than 4m2 hence why I put 64 in the field. I'm getting a quote now so I know what to save up for.

Renovating an old house, the house is built right on the sidewalk, so it has a massive backyard. Would like lots of lawn, and trees, i have 3 avo trees, a mango, lemon an peach i would like to plant somewhere aswell. I have water available. I am sending photos of what will be added to the house, at the back (new dwelling) and air photo. The property consists of 3 erfs we want to develope 2. 1 of sq and ine of sq. In the future we might sell the qm but at this stage i woul like it included. In pink i have shown where the driveways will be, once building starts.
