I am looking for basic meals for approx people. Breakfast and lunch. Due to budget constraints simple pap and vleis with veg and gravy should suffice for lunches. Breakfast simple tea and snawiches will be fine. However, veg salad with fruits will be requested for our diabetics The event is a 2 day event between 4 and 5 May. The dates are set in stone.

We plan to have ou year planning between 7:30 and 12:30 (22 people). From 12:30 we will have our Year End function and our guests will join us for lunch, we will be all together 46 people for the year end function. The morning and afternoon session will be held at Boland Landbou School. There are plates, glases, cutlary etc. Will appreciate if you could help with tea/coffee and a small snacks for the morning and tea time. And spitbraai for lunch. The purpose of the platters is to serve canapés to guests while the bride and groom go for photos. I want about 8 items (finger food like samoosas, pies, sandwiches, cheese and onion sticks, spring rolls, cocktail cheesgriller, cocktail smoke sausages, deep fried jalapeño + cheese bites, pizza, ...
It's a memorial service for my dad and most of the guests will be elderly. We just need snacks
