It is a Building of a perimeter wall, we want to move Carport/Garage and make it a break through existing garage to convert to a dining room/lounge and add one room.
I would like a qotation for the erection of an apartment type building on a 20mx20m piece of land, possibly 7mX6m per unit. Advise on estimated price for detailed building/ erection plan excluding material etc. Just require planning quotation for now if such is possible. Also looking for erection of a solid brick wall fencing structure for site plan. NB: Plan quote should exclude material prices just planning of the erection assistance is required for now.
