How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
* I am planning to build a 3 bedroom house in Lesotho. Preferably I wanted a double storey house but upon reading some articles on the internet I heard it's a bit expensive than single storey house so I resorted to single storey house. While checking some sample plans on the internet I came across a sample that I think it's closer to what I want. I have attached that sample plan althogh I with to make some modifications on it. That is turning a 4th bedroom into a gym since I want a house with a gym and 3 bedrooms. In terms of cost I wanted to build a house not exceeding a ceiling of R1,,.

Good day. I would like a cost estimate for architectural plans to construct 9 apartments on a sqm plot. There is a sqm house currently on the erf which will form the basement 7 bay parking area, laundry room and "club house" with 4x70sqm (2bedr) apartments on 1st floor, 2xsqm (3bedr) and 2x60sqm (1bedr) apartments on 2nd floor and sqm (4bedr) "penthouse" on 3rd floor. We are looking to renovate our bathroom. We want to remove all the tiles and paint the walls and floor instead. We want a new bath and to replace some of the cabinets and shelves with better ones. Probably replace the toilet as well. We want to change the look completely.
