We have a prize giving on Tuesday morning at 07:30am till 08:30. Set up to be done at 7am. 40 people will attend. Hi there, I tried to select more than 1 option but it didnt allow me. My nikah is the 27th September,the walima will take place the same day but in the evening when family and friends arrive. All together its 25 people. If i could please get a cost for a spit braai and also if you do biryani . You can also give me the cost of tables and chairs please and the tent,but nothing fancy,just plain and simple,i am more worried about the food and the seating for everyone as i stay in a complex and space is limited.
The event will start early in the morning so I want guests to already have breakfast awaiting for their arrival and few snacks in between their working, for lunch to be ready as a meal for the guests and in between their working they have tea or coffee breaks and for dinner nothing too heavy -a snacky meal-.
