Good day, We had some renovations done, removal of tiles etc., so everything is a bit dusty. We will need the walls to be washed before painting. Basically we have 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, 2 Sitting rooms, passage, 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms and one sitting room have carpets, the rest is tiled. Thanks a million

Floor vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen work surfaces and cupboards cleaned, windowsills wiped, all cupboards wiped inside. All flat surfaces wiped down.
We are having a problem with our neighbors. They are cutting down the trees from our yard and we need advice on landscaping and how we can rearrange the trees and correct the garden to suite everyone's preferences. I would also like to add a turtle pond to the garden for an animal we recently had rescued.
Current garden very overgrown and neglected - back garden is a shade garden with quite a few plants and shrubs that aren’t suitable for shade. Garden needs to be cleaned up and redesigned. The back lawn is very patchy as it doesn’t get much sun - seems to have a few different varieties of grass planted. Lawn needs to be dug up, soil fertilised and suitable shade grass planted. Front garden grass is fine as it is sunny. Plants overgrown which need to be removed and/or cut back and replaced with new suitable plants/ shrubs. Open to suggestions of what design /layout would be suitable so no specific style preference other than it should be water wise and easy to maintain.
I have a two bedroom flat on the beach front in Ballito that I airBnB and I need a company who can come in and make sure the place is cleaned between bookings. This includes before reservations and after the clients have left. This should also be inclusive of laundry services. We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.
It is the windows I require cleaning of. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen windows. 2 bed & 2 batrooms are upstairs and the rest of the windows are downstairs. The main bedroom and downstairs bedroom have small sliding doors, 1 x small sliding door in the lounge, a bigger one in the dining room leading to the patio and a glass door to the quart yard and a glass entrance door.
We currently have paving which the roots of trees had ruined, and we already removed the trees but not the roots. We want to remove the compelte paved area and add grass. The existing paving is approximately 40-50m2. Then we want to add about a 3mx3m area of paving. We have 3,5 garden beds which we want to ‘finish off’ We also want to add edging to the garden beds.
I will be running a home for holiday rentals. I would need cleaning services as and when there are guests booked. For the duration of the guests' stay, cleaning would be daily (except Sunday) and when there are no guests booked, light cleaning weekly. The house is fitted with a washing machine and dryer, there would be a need for washing and ironing linen and towels for each booking. The area is in a game reserve with a lot of dust, window cleaning would be required once a month.
