Please give me a quote for a small (sq.m) 3 bedroom house comprised of: Living area, study, kitchen, laundry, one family bathroom with shower, en- suite shower, 1 outside toilet. 2 tiled patios (40sq.m.) Garage 30sq.m. To be cleaned: Garage Floor (cement) scrubbed (oil stains), garage doors cleaned inside and outside, walls and windows. Things that require the most attention: White farm style Kitchen cupboards (painted) - particularly exterior of cupboard doors (photo attached ) and drawers, eye level oven (dirty) and glass top stove only slightly dirty. A mouldy section too (photo) Bathroom: bath, basin and shower using bleach on mould. Interior doors and handles and all built in cupboards. All exterior doors and security gates.
