We are looking for someone to cater for our pre-production crew that will be onsite from 20th Dec - 7th Jan. I have attached a document indicating the rough numbers of crew that will be onsite each day during this time for you to review. REQUIREMENTS : Breakfast, Lunch & a very simple craft spot (Juices, Biscuits, tea and Coffee) each day BUDGET : Our budget is R per person per day in total (all inclusive with no hidden costs) Please advise on what you could menu you could offer for this amount. We will be in a reserve with limited infrastructure but will supply tables and chairs for crew at our catering tent - the rest would need to be supplied by yourself.
