We are getting married and I am looking for a local caterer - the wedding is an informal garden wedding, approximately 35 guests and will be a lunchtime event. I would like canapes to be served around the pool prior to the service, then a 2-course buffet (main and dessert) with a selection of lamb, chicken and beef (and maybe pork), veggies, rice and salads. No idea about dessert yet, but maybe the caterer can come up with some ideas. Do you also provide glasses in addition to the plates and silverware? Please call me to discuss if you need to.
This is for a graduation ball event at the garden venue. The venue does not cater for halaal and we therefore need to outsource. The other guests are having a buffet braai menu. We will need light finger food for all attendees in the late morning, and then about 40 people will need a sit-down late lunch with plates, silverware and chairs included. Tables will not be necessary. The other 60 people will be having a spit braai and will need a tent and plates and silverware. We can supply the lamb for the spit braai.
