Office revamp. We want a nautical theme given the nature of our business and effective utilization of space etc. and interior design services. I am based in Durban, but the business that needs the interior design is located in Fourways. I will be in Fourways the middle of February, we can set up meetings then. It is not just simple painting that we need, there are quite a few alterations. We need someone to actually see the space first before offering a quote.

We would like to re-do the whole bathroom. Remove the bath and install a shower. replace the tiles on the wall and floor. Replace the toilet and basin and add a floating shelves under the basin. we would also like to re place the ceiling and lights. I want a rain shower as well as a adjustable hand shower. we currently have a shower in the bath but may need to move the pipes to accommodate the new design. We would also like to place the toilet in a different location in the bathroom to make it more spacious. We have an idea of the layout but we are open to suggestions. We would like to start mid March, but would like to work out the budget before then. our bathroom size: cm length by cm width.
Recently had a Mercer inverter installed. Can't understand why green light stops and goes on all the time. This is the 2nd set of batteries he got for me. He doesn't get back to me. I am on pension and have been badly let down and taken advantage of. I cannot afford to pay a large sum of money for a call out. I just need advice please. I want a 15 house room. 1 big living room/ lounge. 1 big kitchen and 3 inside toilets. At least about 5 normal bedrooms but with an extra 6th the big (Main bedroom) which is mine. Double story please. Double garage. Roofing is butterfly I want my bedroom to be up there (since it will be a double storey) at least far a bit from the other rooms and must have it's own exit. I need to have a new kitchen installed. The kitchen has been stripped bare so there is a blank canvas. I have already had the plumbing and electrical points done and I have decided where I want the different appliances to go. All I now need is for cabinets to be installed, a built in stove and hob installed, and a dish washer and washing machine installed.

Dear Sir/Madam I want a steel sliding gate installed across the entrance to a covered stoep. The width of the gap is 5,2m, and the height 3m. In addition to being burglar proof, it needs to be baboon resistant (thus relatively small openings). It is a coastal environment, hence rust proofing is very important. At the moment I do not anticipate automating the gate. Could you please inform me whether you do such custom installations, what the approximate (ball park) cost would be, and what you would recommend to prevent rust of the gate and sliding mechanism? Please also let me know whether you can do the installation in the Overberg area. Thank you.
Over haul maintenance Wind damage thatched ripped out on roof Had an overhaul in thatch wasn’t compacted tightly resulted in draughts and thatch being ripped off in strong winds and capping needs replacement and a couple a leaks To sum up the previous overhaul was shoddy workmanship hence the problems
