I would also like to view some previous projects and work that the architect has done if possible. My budget is restricted so It is imperative to stay within the size range indicated.

We have bought a brand new plot in Saldanha Bay. We want to build an office building and we want the top floor to be an open floor completely as we are planning on using that top floor as a rental space for either events or for another business to use as an office space, etc.
