My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I would ideally like wood with a waterproof sealant/paint. Please quote
I need a hot and cold water tap installed against the outside scullery wall. The hot and cold water piping are located against the wall within a metre at this location. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance. Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks

Toilet repair: Cistern was leaking; daughter and gardener dismantled the parts in an attempt to repair the leak but couldn't reassemble the parts. Kitchen sink mixer - cold tap leaking so that it has flooded the cupboard. New washers? New mixer?
Hydrowash/ Grind (where appropriate) apply waterproofing slurry skim /Acrylic waterproof patching as appropriate Check and re-paint any open fillet joints with a waterproofed mortar Remove and patch any peeling paint Remove any unsuitable fillers /damaged plasterwork and repair with waterproof mortar slurry matching plaster texture. We have a very old 3 bedroom house that has not been lived in for 40 years. It's a square meter house. The house's electricity runs off a super old diesel generator. The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me
