The building is currently in good repair. The buildings are +/- m2 in extent. Maintenance will require will be general, such as paint touch ups, drain unblocking when required, Electric gate maintenance, plumbing and electrical maintenance, roof maintenance when required, in some instances cleaning, occasional carpentry work, etc.

Hi, My wooden single garage door needs repair. The one tip up jam arm nut broke. I releases the spring to relieve the pressure on the nut. Ideally I would like both tip up arms to be replaced. I also require a quote for a complete replacement with a roller door, cheapest please. The door size is 2.26 metre wide and 2.16 metre height. There is a purline frame around the door which is excluded from the measurement.
Good morning, I am looking to fence one of the perimeters of my property. The property is completely fenced. However, the northern side, where the Accommodation & Vegetable Patch is, the fence has been broken by the squatters living in the adjacent property to make a path to the road. It's my son's 6th birthday. The event will be held on our small holding in Protea Ridge, Krugersdorp. He wants a Dinosaur theme (more realistic like Jurassic world- not animated). I do have tables, but would prefer if everything can be provided. The setup will be done in the Lapa/entertainment room. Snack platters and party packs and maybe something like juice. If you have a connection for the cake, otherwise I'll get someone. We would like to get a jumping castle or some sort of entertainment.
