Good day, we are looking to build a tiny home of not more than 70m2 - 90m2 in the Rosendal, Free State area. The home should consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower in the bath) an open plan living and kitchen area as well as a stoep, all on one level. The erf is not sloped and flat, but the area consist of clay and I would suggest a floating foundation. The shape of the roof is not so important, so sloped or flat.

We need to register our daycare with Sars and we need help with our financials for our Npo, we also have to de-register our Npc, we got some wrong advice and we mistakenly open a Npc whilst we are registered as an Npo with the Department of Social development, someone told us that we need Cipc docs in order for us to open bank account for the Npo wich was not true.
