My geyser switch keeps tripping on the DB board. We live in a complex so I contacted the body corporate that sent an electrician and said the thermostat was faulty. The electrician replaced the thermostat but the problem still persists. Not sure what else the issue could be. Please advise how much it would cost to repair?
The idea for the house which we will use at retirement in a few years time would be as follows: --80--90m2 max total interior floor area. Ideally the house should face North to take advantage to the light and perhaps a bit of the mountain view. --3 bedrooms (one of which must be on ground floor should the design be for a two storey building to accommodate us should we not be able to access the second floor (due to old age, for example). --2 bathrooms --To be added in another phase perhaps: a garage (for one vehicle, but with additional space for a laundry and tiny workshop area). Access will be possible from the garage into the house. We came across a design on YouTube that we really feel captures most of what we are hoping for in the house. I have included the link to this on YouTube : https://youtu.be/cSIFIDb5loI

We require a cost estimate for the building of the new residential house. The land we have allows for a duet house and the architects have designed it in such a way the house looks like one unit however it is split. I need registered contractors to execute the plan. Please feel free to email the quotes and then we will take it from there.
