We want to install CCTV cameras inside our lift. The tenants vandalise the lift and we don't know who does it when and can't hold anyone accountable. I trust you are well. Please could you quote me on the following. I would like to minimize cost as much as possible. Solar hybrid inverter. Would assume 5kva Solar panels. Would assume 6 panels Lithium batteries. Would assume 2 batteries Installation. I'm looking to be able to have Solar power available throughout the night and recharge and run during the day. I would like to be able to at least utilize a airconditioner and an airfryer as well for a short duration. I would probably need to look at a separate Solar geyser. This is for one person in a simplex. The issue is that sometimes power can be out for over 12 hours at a time and out for extended periods of time as well, so really just need to be covered for these periods.

I have a flat concrete slab roof. I need to replace the current torch on as it is leaking when it rains heavily and causing damp through out the building. The roof portion that needs sealing is over sqm, but I don't know the exact number off hand. I will need to go there later or tomorrow and walk off the measurement. I would like this sooner rather than later, but am a little flexible. I attempted a short term fix as I wanted to build on the roof, but it looks like I will have to wait on that now and just repair the roof. See attached pictures.
Repairs of aged/damaged water proofing on small sections of the roof showing signs of water damage and cracks. Cleaning of existing waterproofing membranes on the rest of the roof and replacing damaged pieces with overcoat and torching. Application of 2x overcoat matching the existing colour of the house.
I have security gates at my home in Pretoria that are very secure. They are heavy steel gates with three levers - one at the top, the middle and the bottom of the gate. I am planning on building a new home in Ballito soon and want to install the same kind of gates. I am looking to have this done sometime in May.
