I have a Skykine that has seen its days and leaks during heavy rain. I want to remove it and replace normal tiles (if no see through tile option is available). If close with tile it will alao necessitate replacing ceiling sheets inside (cladit)
Roof and ceiling repair.
8 adjacent units in small complex require maintenance of facia and barge boards. Few rotten timbers over garages need replacement. Roof has never leaked but is due for paint/sealant
The roof between the house and the back room is leaking, I need someone to come check and see if there is anything they can do to salvage it and to fix the leakage.
Roof is leaking so not the whole of the roof need fixing.
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
