What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I would like a house designed along the lines of a fisherman's cottage, the roof is not to have a high pitch (chromadek roof), with a stoep of approx 2,5 m covered with an afdak. House to built with cement bricks and not to be plastered. A single garage (not attached to the house) should be included depending on where the house is positioned on the plot.
