My client decided to stop paying after we worked on updating all their backlog work. The invoices outstanding is for work completed but she now claims that she was over charged and that some services were not rendered. More details available on request. Note that I have handed this client to another debt collector in Nov23 who has to date not given much feedback except for asking for many proofs to support their case which I provided. I'm starting to feel that either the professional is not fit for the job and my client is getting away with non-payment. I would like a second opinion.

The bedrooms has wooden floors, and could be redone with Laminated Tiles (36sqm in total) 2. The bathroom needs floor & wall tiles (12sqm). complete remodeling is needed to fix shower 3. The kitchen needs floor & wall tiles, double sink, 3.9m (L) kitchen cupboards, gas stove 4. The dining room also has wooden floors, and laminated tiles would be ideal 5. All the interior & exterior walls needs to be repainted, including ceilings 6. Electrical rewiring must be done, including lights 7. All exterior and interior doors could be replaced. 8. And another quote that will allow the use of refrigerator, iron, micro oven and kettle. The kettle, iron and micro oven don't have to be used simultaneously. Would like to add a dining area(4x2) and a 3rd bedroom(3x4) with a carport of about 4x5.5m. The carport to have garage door as an entrance.
