House is open plan two-storey building (5 bedrooms main bedroom has en suite and a walk in closest , 5 bath, flatlet which has kitchen bath ). I’d like to have the home professionally decorated with a comfortable modern interior look. Work includes new kitchen, 3 bedroom cupboards +main walk in closet remodelling, entire floor tiles replacement and completely new furniture. A single garage to be converted into a gym. The look needs to be sophisticated, but also functional because we have a toddler and two grown teenagers. Desire cost effective project.
