How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
Goodday I have drawn a sketch of what I would like I would be happy to send so you can have an idea of what I would like. It's one block of flat containing 2 units on ground floor and two units on first floor each unit is 36sqm in size containing all identical in design. Another is a ground floor single unit not yet sure of size. And two other ground floor units of 25sqm each in size. Regards
The intention is to build a high -end market self catering chalets, roughly 8 three bedroomed with one building(9th structure)serving as the admin quarters. Currently the plot is vacant but a construction company has already been appointed while some administrative necessities are being complied with at Municipal level. The idea is to create a beautiful environment which provides each chalet with necessary privacy and the whole establishment with charming ambience.
Trimming of shrubs , too much shade has caused lawn to die. Also always too many leaves to remove . Suggestions needed to enhance the space. Need only amount per square metre to make budget. I am thinking of selling my house ( build 8 years ago) and try to determine a selling price. So I want to convert it to a larger sitting room/dining room also widen the kitchen. Plus main bed room +1 bedroom on top, so I want to renovate to a double story. My roof is damage on left corner of the house, but the roof is not leaking, house looks old and needs painting, Ive also looked into re-plastering the house as another option but for this i need further advise, Need to install aluminium windows and change doors, (Mainly kitchen door and the the other door) , 2 bathrooms needs complete renovation, Revamping of the garage as well is required.
