How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I need 6 units build on my plot to accommodate guests to be run as a guesthouse or B&B
2 bedrooms and a bathroom ,open plan dinning room, kitchen and a bar .
Would like a design which is called "The wedge" that was in "Bisi magazine". Want set of plans for that design specific. Double storey. Steel and glass construction. Would like it bigger. Engineering drawing. In process of buying land but tricky because need the plans first to see if can build there.

I want to change the position if my house to increase value increase space add verangah and carport but not hiding my house add two bedrooms study room and separate toilet and bath new kitchen with an open plan level landscape and yard paving space for my cars to park add braai area
I want someone who'll decorate my new house. Someone who'll buy me furniture and decorate the house 4 bedrooms house, kitchen , dining room then 2 bathroom plus separate bathroom.
