Good day, I need assistance in SARS increasing my tax payable to them. I was initially auto assessed to received R7k from SARS. However, SARS requested my IRP5 and proceeded to re-assess me for both and tax years. This caused me to be liable to pay SARS over R11k. Your assistance in having this reduced would be highly appreciated.
We have a three bedroom house with a huge living room and rather small kitchen.we would like to renovate and move the kitchen to another area etc.we would also like to to see if we can add a bathroom in the main bedroom and use some of the bigger space where the living room currently is to add stairs to the top which will lead to a balcony.the balcony must be like a braai area at the bottom or a relaxation or entertainment area
The main large items are 2 X sofas, 2 X fridge, 1 X Bar fridge, 1 X chest freezer, 2 X coffee table, 1 x small desk, 3 X Chest of Drawers, 2 X washing machine, 1 X drier, 1 X tv stand, 4 X beds and mattresses (disassembled) 1 X sewing machine attached to table, 2 x bedroom mirror/vanity, 8 X chairs, 2 x barstools, 1 X foyer stand, Approximately 20 boxes packed and sealed. There are other sundry items of course but these are the main large ones.

We would like to make use of a company to do our garden maintenance. For now we would like to use your services once but this could be a Fortnightly/Monthly service we could make use of. Currently we need someone to take out all the weeds in the lawn and around the area and do a general clean up and trimming of hedges/yuka's and to prune trees where needed. Indeed to build a second story patio, loft style and then put a flat concrete roof that has an extension front the patio to the house roof with stairs inside patio and balustrade safety because a very energetic toddler. And the concrete roof must be strong enough to hold a pool and some outdoor lounger area and outdoo kitchen and garden with lots of palm trees and other plants. Keeping in mind that in the so so far future I would like to add my bedroom in that space or other bedrooms since I will making an open plan on the main house open plan kitchen taking down one of the small bedrooms to make way for a dining table and another bedroom I will open to make my main bedroom en-suite and walk in closet. The bathroom will be merged into one (the main house bathroom) and an additional powder room upstairs with a double shower, double basin and 2 toilets…. And downstairs on the kitchen side I want an outdoor toilet with basin and shower but shower must be separate but co-joining and must be locked as it will be a guest shower.
