I am having fully installed solar power system which worked for roughly 6 months and the battery keeps on tripping on its Circuit breaker. The installer informed me that it is over discharged. He took it and recharged it and only worked for one day and it is still doing the same thing. I am using this to run 5×4m freezer room. I am told is a 9kw solar power system. It never worked for the entire year and I don't see the benefit of having it. Please come to assess and give recommendations.

I need someone to come in and deep clean my apartment before my tenants make occupation. Everything needs to be spotless. I have furniture that needs a serious wipe down and everything else needs to be clean inside and out (fridge, cupboards, oven etc…) The cleaner would need to bring their own cleaning supplies!
