I want to enlarge my bedroom and add en suite and enlarge lounge area
The building is being used as a warehouse. It has 4 storeys (1 ground and 3 upper). Each floor is m² (approx m² total but could be more as I haven't measured the staircase and balconies). Also there is an elevator shaft that needs to be closed up/bricked up on every floor) . The building is currently an empty box. Ground and 1st floor has a few walls that divide the space into 12 sections. There are no interior doors or other structures. We need pricing on touching up the the interior walls, repainting walls and ceilings. Floors need tiles. Please note that from floor to ceiling is 4m. Building will be rezoned for student accomodation. Each of the upper floors need a kitchen and a shared bathroom. Please add approx price of building walls or drywall to create the rooms and add 1 door per room. See layout attached. Each room is approx 15m² (5x3). Only paint and tiles will be provided. The 3 upper floors will need 3 kitchens (30m² each) and 3 shared bathrooms (30m² each). 15 vanities with included basins and taps will be provided (5 per upper floor) so please add sufficient shower heads, toilets etc. Nothing high end. Functional and economical. Ground floor will need a public restroom for male (3 urinals, 1 toilet, 2 basins) and one for female (3 toilets, 2 basins). There will most likely be additional things needed but can be discussed after initial quote. I have attached images of the building inside as well as what will be needed in the bathrooms and kitchens for reference. Site meeting can be arranged but will need approx price per square first as not to waste anyones time.
