I am not sure on the sqm, but I want to build bachelor flats. Looking at it from outside or far, it should look like one house but in actual fact, it should be 3-4 completely separate bachelor flats that share walls. I am not talking about a typical row of flats, it should look like house from the outside or at least far. I have attached a picture of how i would like each of the flats to look like but there is no picture of how it should look like on the outside. I want modern finishes but not too luxurious, the aim is to rent it out to semi-professionals. Key things are clear separation between areas like bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, there should be enough room for a double size bed, 4 seat L couch, TV, built in bedroom and kitchen cupboards, sink, washing machine, fridge, kitchen table etc. Keep in mind its a bachelor not a 1 bedroom. The aim is to build at least 4* 3-4 bachelor flats so in total i need about 12-16 flats but obviously i want to start with one unit. Each flat must have its own shower&toilet, small geyser, electrical and water meter and an undercover parking. Roof can be sink. Windows and doors plain other finishes can be discussed in future. My key purpose at the moment is a estimate quotation and possible designs or suggestions.
