Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, 2 seperate bathrooms, 1 bathroom to have bath, shower, toilet and basin , the other one to have shower, basin and toilet. Each room to have its own door. Open plan large lounge room with a medium size dininig room. Large kitchen with an island, and higher top counter that can be used as a breakfast eating area . Scullery, double garage, outside balcony/lapa with a pool.
Style doesn't really matter .I need a 4 bed 2 bath one in suit with a open plan living room dinning room and kitchen.

Hello. I could onky measure in meters; Lenght: 19 meters Width: 6.5 meters It will extension attached to the hoise and will have top floor. This will left hand side of of the house . Imterior specs: Ground floor: open plan kitchen and lounge.with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom with an ensuite and 1 joined shower and toilet joined. Top floor: open plan kitchen and lounge.with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom with an ensuite and 1 joined shower and toilet joined. Also an entrance from top facing the road.
