Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. - Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.
Upgrade of bathroom: remove existing tiles on floors and walls; Install new mid-range tiles; convert large shower into a bath/shower combo with clear partition and recessed shelf; upgrade existing double vanity with new countertop, sinks, and hardware; remove bidet but keep existing toilet; paint section of walls where not retiled; (Not sure if plans are required?)

Small and intimate. Nothing fancy and over the top. Only flowers for the canopy and turquoise draping. Sunset Beach wedding. Mason jars with candles. Cheese and bread table. Pork spit braai with 3 salads and pudding. Champagne and orange juice. Perhaps a tent for a quick meal after the ceremony, then everyone departs. No dancing or cash bar. Just something, beautiful, quick, and simple.
Toilet is not flushing properly. It only flushes when I open the clean out pipe and let the air out. The last few days even that is not helping to make it flush and the drain fills up. Solids take forever to flush down. Water level in toilet drops and it makes a glugging sound that goes on until I open the clean out pipe.
I already have a professional website for my consulting service, but need to transfer it to a company that can add SEO to a few items. Also, I need hosting and to add new information. Toilet and tap in main bathroom is leaking and the floor is getting very wet. The toilet seat which is a cream colour is cracked and needs to be replaced. The guest bathroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. The 2nd Bedroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. This toilet also has the push flushing pads built into the wall. The full flush is loose and needs to be looked at. The Basins in the main bathroom has the push in plugs silver they are not sealing properly and needs to be replaced. The Taps in the wash rooms does not want to turn close and it is very difficult to close once you have opened it. The double kitchen sinks in the kitchen also need 3 new press plugs which are different to the bathroom one's as they leak slowly once filled with water. We then have a blocked pipe in the front garden on the side of the house which is on our property. Thanking you

Start up company (since March ) with business less than R40 to date. Company due to do tax returns. Not VAT registered. There is no set monthly business income (supply and delivery RFQ dependent), business is as and when necessary. No employees, No assets (except personal car used for delivery), No stock kept.
