Need to close up 2 balconies, 1 large, 1 small, extend the small one to add en suite bathroom. Extend large patio and close up with stacking doors. Also close up small patio. Add bay window above front door (existing slab). I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote.
